Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a policy, legal, trust and safety, or technology environment.
- Experience in drafting or enforcing policy for an online platform or engagement with public policy issues in technology, government, law or online.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage global product policy and standards with a regional focus.
- Identify policy issues that may affect Google and understand their impact, and manage high-impact policy escalations and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement product policies and standards.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and launch products that promote user trust and uphold Google’s policies.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- JD, MBA, or Master’s degree.
