Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) needs a Senior Portfolio Data Analyst to support TOS II at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) by reviewing and managing project schedules and costs at a portfolio level for the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.
Requirements
- Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing cost functions, including cost estimating, cost control, financial reporting systems, and cost analysis.
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management techniques.
- Knowledge of AEDC financial systems and confidence in reporting cost and schedule performance and financial position to both management and the client.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, perform, review, and present financial and cost performance reports.
- High Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on the use of Microsoft Excel
- Must be highly proficient in performing data analytics
- Proficiency with PeopleSoft Financial System with special emphasis on PeopleSoft Data Query.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Project Controls and Project Management teams to establish and monitor cost and schedule requirements that meet enterprise initiatives.
- Support portfolio management of project estimates; monitoring project cost performance, and EVM related reporting.
- Analyze portfolio data, identify trends, and areas of improvement to guide decisions and recommendations to improve project performance.
- Identify cost and schedule reporting gaps and provide recommended solutions and/or corrective actions.
- Support monitoring and reporting cost/schedule performance and financial management of projects.
- Develop and maintain ad-hoc reports in support of data calls.
- Provide customer support regarding planning, estimating, execution and reporting of projects.

- BS degree in an appropriate discipline plus 10 years of progressive and relevant experience or any equivalent combination of relevant education and progressive and relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of leadership.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and access to the AEDC local area network.
- Current U. S. Citizenship required.
