Zaden Technologies is seeking to simplify the delivery and improve the utility of software products for customers, specifically in critical defense and space system initiatives, by hiring an experienced L3 and L4 Power BI Automation Engineer
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI dashboard development and data visualization
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate workflow development
- Experience with data integration and management across multiple platforms
- Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements for government systems
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory
- At least two Microsoft 365 certifications (Endpoint Administrator, Messaging Administrator, Security Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, Developer Associate, Teams Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator, or Information Protection and Compliance Administrator)
- Experience supporting DoD or defense contractor environments
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI to support executive-level decision making
- Create and configure automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, document user needs, and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications, workflows, and dashboards
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with O365 services including SharePoint, Teams, and external databases
- Ensure solutions adhere to government security standards, compliance policies, and best practices
- Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation to support solution adoption

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, science, or technical field
- Strong communication skills with ability to work with stakeholders and leadership at all levels
- Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail
