Requirements
- primarily using Power BI and QlikView
- Work with business analysts and users across various departments to understand their reporting and analytics needs, then translate these requirements into optimal and scalable Power BI data models and visualizations.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data models, dashboards, and reports, ensuring adherence to our established Power BI architecture guidelines and best practices.
- Provide ongoing enhancements and production support for data models and applications.
- Collaborate on design options and approaches, create mock-ups of proposed solutions, and develop appropriate applications and capabilities that align with agreed-upon specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to identify opportunities for coding, process, and functionality improvements, ensuring high-quality, efficient solutions.
- Configure user authentication and implement robust role-based access controls for specific data and applications, maintaining data security and integrity.
