Requirements
- Strong qualitative research skills with a solid understanding of how to validate findings using quantitative methods
- Familiarity with experimentation techniques and an ability to interpret test results to guide pricing and packaging decisions
- A strong level of comfort with data and a desire to grow in this area
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with survey data or analytics tools
- SaaS experience preferred
- Experience in pricing strategy, UX research, product management, behavioral science, or a related field
- Familiarity with UX, behavioral economics, SaaS, and AI monetization
Responsibilities
- Lead UX-driven research to uncover user perceptions of pricing, value, and willingness to pay
- Conduct interviews, usability testing, and other qualitative studies to gather deep insights into user needs and behaviors
- Design and analyze pricing experiments to validate hypotheses and guide decision-making
- Partner closely with product managers, designers, and product marketers to ensure pricing strategy aligns with real user needs
- Help shape pricing experiments and collaborate on go-to-market strategies based on research insights
- Stay on top of industry and competitive trends in UX, behavioral economics, SaaS, and AI monetization
- Use available quantitative data to validate or inform qualitative findings and support evidence-based decisions
Other
- 4+ years of experience in pricing strategy, UX research, product management, behavioral science, or a related field
- Empathetic approach to understanding users, with the ability to identify patterns, pain points, and cognitive biases
- Excellent communication skills—you know how to turn research into clear, compelling stories that drive decisions
