Northrop Grumman is looking to support the U.S. President, the Secretary of Defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels by developing and expanding the suite of automated tests for the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with DoD test methodologies
  • Experience with automated test development and execution related to functional capabilities
  • Ability to develop plug-ins for testing Java, C++ or Fortran software and incorporate them into CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with software development within an Agile framework
  • User interface development, messaging, external interfaces, simulation of MDS systems, and planning tool development
  • Prior experience in developing automated tests for large software-intensive systems operating in classified environments
  • Current active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the suite of automated tests run within the software development CI/CD pipelines during software development and upgrades
  • Actively participate in agile planning and execution activities
  • Mentor less experienced team members
  • Develop automated test plug-ins for integration into the software development pipelines of a mature, software-intensive system currently being upgraded to add new capabilities
  • Analyze automated test results and recommend updates to the software under test
  • Develop plug-ins for testing Java, C++ or Fortran software and incorporate them into CI/CD pipelines
  • Support the Regional Apps cross-functional product teams in Colorado

Other

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred
  • Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application
