IronArch Technology is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the delivery, sustainment, and enhancement of the Ask VA Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and its integration with VA.gov and related enterprise systems, ensuring it remains a reliable, scalable, and user-centered product.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading projects integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- 10+ years of product management or delivery leadership in enterprise software or CRM environments.
- Experience defining and tracking data-driven KPIs, using analytics to guide decisions and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of federal IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, ATO).
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery, roadmap development, and prioritization for the Ask VA CRM, aligning delivery with OCTO and VES strategic goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items for Agile development teams.
- Collaborate with technical leads and developers to define integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other VA systems, ensuring secure, performant data exchange.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews—to ensure consistent delivery and stakeholder visibility.
- Analyze operational and user data to inform product decisions and optimize workflows, leveraging metrics such as routing accuracy, response time, and satisfaction scores.
- Maintain awareness of Microsoft Wave releases, advising the team on new features, impacts, and upgrade planning.
- Ensure product documentation, risk management artifacts, and ATO-related deliverables remain current and compliant with VA policy.
Other
- Direct experience within the VA; familiarity with VA OIT, OCTO, or VES processes.
- Current or recent VA public trust clearance, lapsed within 120 days
- Proven ability to manage Agile delivery teams and coordinate across multiple business lines or stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into mission outcomes.
