Raytheon is seeking to develop and integrate a Mission Planning Human-Machine Interface (HMI) into the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) to support both offensive and defensive fires. The goal is to effectively plan, monitor, and manage autonomous launcher missions while maintaining situational awareness across the battlespace. This includes developing weapon system pairing capabilities, optimizing truck placement, weapon selection, and automated launch alignment to maximize combat effectiveness and responsiveness. The program also aims to define command and control for an autonomous fleet of missile launchers and resupply vehicles, ensuring synchronized operations, efficient logistics, and rapid responsiveness to dynamic threats, which is foundational to achieving a resilient, high-tempo, and adaptive fires architecture aligned with the Army’s multi-domain operations vision.
