The company is looking to improve business performance, increase customer satisfaction, and return savings to the bottom line through large scale, complex, enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Extensive education in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Business Process Management, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with process improvement tools and techniques.
  • Experience with project management and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end process evaluations, overlaid with customer feedback, performance standards and costs, to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead transformational enterprise-level improvement initiatives, utilizing Business Process Management, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Deliver just-in-time training to project team members on process improvement methodologies, tools, practices and concepts.
  • Mentor Green Belts, Black Belts, and Lean Practitioners toward peak performance and oversee the certification processes for Six Sigma and Lean.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of the project ideation, chartering, assignment, and completion, including the management of the Process Excellence project tracking and reporting tool.
  • Lead in the identification and incorporation of industry best practices, benchmarks, and voice of the customer data in support of the process improvement strategy execution.
  • Assist the Team Leader in the creation, alignment, and execution of an integrated process improvement strategy for the enterprise.

Other

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or direct and applicable work experience.
  • Minimum 10 years process improvement/business process analysis/business process engineering experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Master's degree (preferred).
