Requirements
- Expert proficiency in SQL with experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
- Familiarity with python / pandas
- Hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product Managers to define success metrics, evaluate feature performance, and influence roadmap decisions.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of new features, user experiences, and growth initiatives.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and validate large-scale behavioral data from Redshift, Snowflake, or other data warehouses.
- Build dashboards and visualizations in tools like Tableau, Looker, or Amplitude to monitor KPIs and inform stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user funnels, retention, and feature adoption to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to ensure accurate tracking, event schema design, and data quality.
- Present findings to senior leadership and recommend actionable next steps to improve product performance.
