Requirements

  • Fluency in SQL and comfort with Python (e.g. pandas, numpy) for data exploration
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor
  • Strong statistical knowledge: hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, regressions, and modeling
  • Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar tools for analyzing user engagement data
  • Experience using large language models (LLMs) for analysis or workflow acceleration
  • Background in consumer tech, hardware/software products, or mobile-first experience

  • Design, launch, and measure A/B tests that influence the roadmap
  • Tell compelling stories with data that guide strategic direction and influence senior stakeholders
  • Translate member behavior into actionable insights that improve retention and long-term engagement

  • Develop expertise in strength training habits, user personas, and feature adoption

Other

  • 4–7 years of analytics experience, ideally in product or UX analytics (fitness or consumer tech a plus)
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and drive projects with minimal oversight
  • Track record of influencing product strategy through data storytelling
  • Comfort in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Curiosity, humility, and a user-first mindset
