The role focuses on improving the success of the Banking Quality & Insights team by leveraging data to enhance these insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Sales Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Data Science, etc.
- Proven experience in independently implementing complex data projects and generating measurable business impact.
- Very good knowledge of Python, SQL, and PySpark.
- Ability to create efficient table transformations independently.
- Proficiency in identifying and quantifying opportunities to improve insights from transaction data.
- Ability to communicate results from analyses to stakeholders in an appropriate manner.
- Knowledge of statistics and ability to apply them to real business problems.
Responsibilities
- Own the logic and implementation of all KPIs for the product team, including the performance of various machine learning models.
- Create Data Products (dashboards, analyses, datasets, etc.) that enable all team members to make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare insights in a way that is easily understandable for everyone in the company.
- Analyze and process large amounts of data efficiently using Python, SQL, and PySpark.
- Create efficient table transformations independently.
- Proactively identify and quantify opportunities to improve insights from transaction data.
- Communicate results from analyses to stakeholders in an appropriate manner.
