Waymo is looking to partner with Product, Engineering and UX research teams to measure and improve Waymo's service quality by performing advanced analytics and modeling to understand user needs and build strategies to improve them.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Statistical knowledge/data intuition
• Experimentation experience
• Coding experience with Python and SQL
• Transportation or AV experience
• Marketplace business experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering and UX research teams to measure and improve Waymo's service quality
• Perform advanced analytics and modelling to understand user's need when using Waymo and build strategies to improve it
• Develop predictive models that will help us understand Waymo's service quality in new cities
• Build and maintain state of the art reporting infrastructure to enable continuous decision making
• Design and conduct experiments to measure the impact of various launches
