Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Statistical knowledge/data intuition
- Experimentation experience
- Ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems
- Coding experience with Python and SQL
- Transportation or AV experience
- Marketplace business experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering and UX research teams to measure and improve Waymo's service quality
- Perform advanced analytics and modelling to understand user's need when using Waymo and build strategies to improve it
- Develop predictive models that will help us understand Waymo's service quality in new cities
- Build and maintain state of the art reporting infrastructure to enable continuous decision making
- Design and conduct experiments to measure the impact of various launches
