Requirements
6+ years of experience in design research, service design, or systems thinking.
comfortable starting from scratch and figuring things out as you go.
can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to work on the details.
happy talking to customers or staff as you are designing in Figma.
Experience in the automotive world or other complex service industries.
Familiarity with internal tools and systems that support employee workflows.

Help shape product plans, service strategies, and tools.
Build clear, compelling presentations that explain your design thinking.
Help plan and run Design Thinking sessions to align teams and spark ideas.
