Microsoft AI Design & Research team is looking to solve the problem of creating and delivering holistic customer experiences for web experiences, specifically focusing on the next wave of AI-powered browsing for commercial customers with Edge browser, integrating M365 knowledge graph and Copilot for Edge.
Requirements
- Demonstrated sense of interaction design attuned to the fundamentals of user experience,including accessibility and inclusive designs
- Strong visual design skills
- Fluency designing in Figma

- Contributes to design’s direction for area of accountability and executes design set by others
Other
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems)
- 5+ years experience working in product design with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment
- Excellent communication and presentation / storytelling skills, with the ability to energize teams,articulate design decisions and rationale, advocate for your ideasand iterate on feedback
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Portfolio (with password) required for this position
