Requirements
- Advanced skills with industry-standard design and research tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Skillful and thoughtful design of user interfaces for web and mobile apps with a keen eye for emerging trends, user behavior, and interaction patterns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and responsive design
- Familiarity in CSS, Interface and Web Application Development
- Familiarity designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.0)
Responsibilities
- Drive product experience strategy, interaction design, and creative solutions for complex user journeys
- Create wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and mock-ups to design key features shaping the vision of our event management platform
- Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams from early product stages to implementation
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions and product planning
- Understand and advocate the role of design in the Eventeny product development process while championing for the needs of the user
- Conduct user-centered research throughout all product phases, including usability tests, prototype testing, and surveys
- Contribute and help maintain the design system to ensure consistency across all products
