The consumer packaged goods industry faces an $8 trillion problem with trade promotion spend, where 70% of promotions are not ROI positive due to difficulties in tracking. Vividly aims to solve this by providing a modern trade promotion management (TPM) solution that leverages AI, Machine Learning, and Fintech.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in modern design tools including Figma, Penpot, Storybook, Chromatic.
  • Expertise with product analytics tools such as Fullstory, Pendo, & Mixpanel.
  • Deep understanding of UX best practices, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design efforts across the full design lifecycle — from ideation and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems, uncover user needs, and identify opportunities.
  • Translate complex user and business problems into elegant, usable interfaces and workflows.
  • Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Own and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product experience.
  • Participate in regular design reviews and critiques, contributing constructive feedback to improve team outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering during implementation to ensure high-quality delivery and consistency with design intent.

Other

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, preferably in SaaS or digital platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work - including shipped features and measurable impact.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable in an early stage startup, moving fast and working directly with customers.
