Requirements
- Extensive experience in Graphic Design
- Demonstrated sense of Interaction Design attuned to the fundamentals of user experience
- Extensive experience in accessibility and inclusive design
- Strong Visual Design skills
- Experience designing and prototyping in Figma
Responsibilities
- craft the direction of Microsoft's future interactions with technology across a variety of growth initiatives.
- work closely with a dynamic, cross-disciplinary team, setting a strategic design direction that combines cutting-edge AI, software development, and business objectives.
- deliver intuitive, inclusive, and accessible user experiences.
- create and deliver holistic customer experiences while imagining future web technologies, from Copilot, Edge, Bing, MSN and apps.
- deliver end-to-end web experiences from shopping, to search, to ads, news, sports, gaming and more, into seamless experiences that create delight for billions of customers worldwide.
- Facilitate effective collaboration with creative team members, program managers, developers, and executive stakeholders to define, iterate, and implement new and existing product features, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and user requirements.
- Contribute to the design system as you develop new features and propose new patterns.
Other
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
- equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
- 5+ years experience working in Product or Service design
- Excellent communication and presentation / storytelling skills, with the ability to energize teams and advocate for your ideas

- This is a hybrid position, 4 days a week in Redmond, WA (or Mountain View, CA)
