FocusKPI's client, a high-tech SaaS company, is looking to craft excellent experiences for their customers to organize and interact with their content
Requirements
- 7-8 years of product design, including a lot of interaction & visual design
- Excellent product design with solid interaction and visual design skills, including experience with prototyping
- Experience with Figma
- Consumer-facing product experience (kind of end-user-facing type of products)
- Demonstrated skills for collaborating closely with other designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders across organizational boundaries
- A Portfolio is a must to submit along with the resume
Responsibilities
- Partner with PM and User Research to define, test, iterate, and oversee the execution of Dash's in-product experiences for monetization
- Partner with GTM & Content Design to define all communications related to free and paid experiences
- Work with the Growth engineering team to continuously understand constraints and ensure feasibility
- Work with other Dash product designers to define visual systems for monetization that fit with Dash's overall design system on all surfaces
- Partner with the client's product & design partners to define flows and experiences for Dash's pricing pages, checkout flows, and account management
- Partner with the client's brand teams to design usable and feasible pricing and plan designs that are in line with Dash's branding
- Deliver onboarding experiences in line with Dropbox's high bar for quality and design standards
