Responsibilities
- Conduct and synthesize research to understand customer needs and validate design decisions
- Design new features and services from the ground up
- Design AI-powered features alongside other technical solutions that improve internal and customer-facing processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and implement product requirements
- Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and iterate based on feedback
- Work with fellow designers to expand and evolve the Boundless design system
- Drive a culture of design excellence within the team
