Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing mobile-first products
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered, shipped work
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience in wallet, fintech, payments, or other regulated industries
- Proven ability to simplify complex problems with strategic thinking
- Experienced in prototyping and interaction design, with demonstrated experience in motion design and growing expertise in bringing interfaces to life
- Bring designs to life through animation, micro-interactions, and transitions that elevate user experience across mobile and web platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design seamless, end-to-end experiences across mobile and web for products like Uber Wallet, gifting, and rewards.
- Lead multiple AI-powered design projects from concept to launch, ensuring they deliver clear value to users.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers to align product decisions with user needs and business goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to shape scalable AI-driven patterns and features across Spender surfaces.
- Engage in critiques, give/receive feedback, and raise the team’s design bar
- Work iteratively - test, learn, and refine quickly.
- Apply motion and illustration to enhance clarity and delight.
