Via is looking to reshape how mobility operates by transforming individual daily commutes and reducing humanity's collective environmental footprint through smart transportation technology. The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in this mission by working on the core consumer product that directly impacts Via's users globally, aiming to reshape the way people experience transportation.
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in leading design projects from concept to launch.
- Proficient with Figma, and high-fidelity prototyping tool.
- Experience in motion and interaction design (advantage)
- Experience working on customer-facing mobile applications (advantage)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for significant product areas from conception to implementation, while understanding technical constraints and spotting opportunities out of it.
- Perform user research & usability test sessions and translate insights into design decisions.
- Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Promote product discovery and ideation.
- Work through the entire lifecycle of the project and collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders.
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions and rationale clearly.
