Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences across Otter — the digital backbone of modern restaurants.
- Own how restaurateurs run, manage, and grow their business using Otter's tools, shaping a platform that drives both revenue and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and ops to launch features that simplify complex workflows like item setup, pricing, availability, and modifiers—always with scalability and usability in mind.
- Lead design critiques and cross-functional reviews to refine ideas quickly, iterate on solutions, and ensure we're solving the right problems with the right level of craft.
- Contribute to our design system, evolving shared patterns that power consistent experiences across everything from single-menu edits to multi-brand management.
- Champion user-centered design, advocating for restaurant operators, delivery staff, and internal teams—while balancing real-world business trade-offs and technical constraints.

- 7+ years of product or UX design experience
- A strategic mindset — you understand market dynamics and can help define where the product should go

- This role is based in our Seattle office.
- All of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
