Tabby is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their B2C Financial Services stream to build innovative financial products for daily use, specifically focusing on the debit product and savings account product within the Tabby Cash team.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile-first B2C experiences
- Strong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolio
- Deep understanding of native mobile interaction patterns (iOS and Android)
- Ability to think strategically and articulate a compelling design vision that aligns with product goals
- Understanding of technical constraints and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering
- Experience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems
- Experience in Fintech products is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and own user journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention in the Tabby App
- Create clean, intuitive mobile interfaces that drive engagement and deliver a delightful, lovable user experience
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to identify and solve key user and business problems
- Partner with designers from other product streams to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience across the entire Tabby app
- Use data, user feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses
- Plan and conduct user research independently or in collaboration with the research team
- Contribute to Tabby’s mobile design system with platform-specific considerations, ensuring visual and functional consistency at scale
