Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI) to support the execution of creative and digital experiences for various clients across the agency, aiming to make healthcare more human and solve complex problems through strategic thinking and innovative design.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of working in Figma/XD using and creating design system components at different levels of fidelity
- Knowledge of general ADA guidelines
- An eye for pixel perfect design and careful attention to detail.
- Construct clean and organized creative deliverables that adhere to style guideline
Responsibilities
- Create and own design deliverables including (but not limited to) clickable prototypes, conceptual strategic thinking, design systems, customer journeys, layouts and components
- Conduct research for inspiration of design direction, interaction design and motion design
- Involvement in all stages of the design process, from research through concepting, prototyping, and building
- Deep understanding of working in Figma/XD using and creating design system components at different levels of fidelity
- Collaboration between cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Contribute and critique design work with the creative teams daily, offering and taking constructive feedback
- Utilize and advocate for human-centered design process and thinking
