The company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help build exceptional digital products and create great user experiences.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a proven design process and successful projects.
- Extensive experience working with and navigating design systems to ensure consistency across various platforms and touchpoints.
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard software like Figma and Miro is required, along with experience in user testing platforms like usertesting.com and Dovetail.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, transforming complex information and workflows into intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design strategy with business goals and to ensure successful product launches.
- Present and advocate for design decisions and a clear design vision using a variety of methods, including sketches, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes, to gain buy-in from partners and senior leadership.
- Contribute to the team's inclusive culture by actively participating in design critiques, mentoring junior designers, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Apply a holistic, systems-thinking approach to problem-solving, leveraging principles of Design Thinking, and engaging in user research and journey mapping to inform design solutions.
