FranklinCovey is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design, research, UX, and UI efforts for their modernized rebuild of the 4DX platform, aiming to create clear, intuitive, and engaging experiences that help leaders and teams execute their most important goals. Additionally, the designer will contribute to the FranklinCovey Impact Platform, an AI-enabled learning system.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design, including UX research, UI, Desktop and Mobile design
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work (research through polished UI)
- Experience working at a B2B tech company or startup building digital products
- Experience with design systems, accessibility best practices, instructional design, and incorporating AI into UX and UI
- General proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma and Asana experience)
- Experience designing for SaaS, learning platforms, or B2B/B2C web and mobile applications
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and workflow studies to understand admin and learner needs, pain points, and goals.
- Translate research findings into actionable design insights.
- Deliver sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs for end to end features.
- Ensure designs are user centered, mobile first, and scalable across the platform.
- Contribute to the evolution of FranklinCovey’s design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability across all touch points.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver high quality product experiences.
- As the primary designer on the 4DX platform, you’ll have significant autonomy and responsibility.
