REVOLVE is looking to hire a Senior Product Developer to manage multiple brands within the Active / Collaboration segments, ensuring high-quality product development from concept through production while leading a team to improve overall processes.
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Possess knowledge in garment construction and specifications
- Strong knowledge of product life cycle and calendar deadlines
- Strong knowledge of fabric, trims, quality and developments
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and finishing
- In depth experience of Product Development for both Domestic and Import
- Must be able to perform efficiently with tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple brands or categories to oversee product development from concept through TOP stage for Domestic and/or Import segments
- Independently negotiate, set and approve target FOB costs and retails and ensure margins are maintained
- Call out margin or development challenged styles in high level meetings (assortment review/line preview) and provide solutions
- Maintain vendor capacities and independently allocate product against manufacturers for the best possible execution
- Lead and monitor WIPs for all product stages for multiple brands or categories for a fast-paced calendar
- Collaborate with 3D fitting and patternmaking process
- Support the evolving PD processes and leading workshops and training for lower level PD team members
Other
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in similar role
- 1+ year in a managerial or leadership role
- Must have leadership or management experience and the ability to lead a growing team

- Experience with traveling to vendors/factories overseas
