Analog Devices (ADI) is looking to solve product development challenges for microwave and communication products within their RF Systems strategy under the Aerospace Defense and Communication Group Business Unit.
Requirements
- Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experiences in µWave/mmWave measurement techniques and test equipment.
- Knowledge of the basic concepts of analog RF and microwave electronics.
- Strong knowledge of RF engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in CAD software (PCB layout tools, Cadence Allegro) and other relevant engineering tools.
- Hands-on experience of using instruments in the lab.
- Familiarity with the use of programming/scripting tools such as C programming, Python, LabVIEW a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and testing to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Provide product development expertise, leading system design, development, and implementation of new products from concept to launch.
- Design and develop required test hardware from concept to production for the new products.
- Create technical documentations such as test plans, product datasheets, user guides.
- Independently evaluate, select, and modify standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Continuously improve product development processes and methodologies
