Requirements
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS)
- Analytical tools (GA4, Looker) and performance marketing
- Experience working with agile product development teams
- Understanding of sports audiences
- An understanding of UX in the context of web and app development
- An understanding of Ad technology e.g. GAM, Amazon TAM
- Experience working within data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR) and related CMP tools
Responsibilities
- Help to shape, define and execute the product roadmap across editorial, video, data, and audience engagement features
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery and definition through to delivery and iteration
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify user needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications
- Partner with engineering to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases
- Utilize data, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform prioritization, feature development, and performance optimization
- Contribute to audience and monetization strategy by developing tools that support personalization, SEO, advertising, and affiliate integrations
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to keep our platforms innovative and competitive
Other
- Proven experience as a Product Director (ideally 5+ years), with applicable digital product experience such as Sports, Media, Gaming or Entertainment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with stakeholders across design, editorial, and commercial functions
- Mentoring and coaching product people and teams to deliver high quality products and features
