Kuder is seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a critical role in the planning and development of their next generation of Career Guidance Products, driving innovation and determining the overall product roadmap to deliver exceptional value to users and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience with product analytics tools is preferred (e.g., Heap, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of product management systems and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Agile and lean product development.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively and manage a complex backlog for several products.
- Experience working in education technology or career guidance strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management with experience launching a new product.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in defining and championing the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product lines.
- Establish measurable goals and metrics to track feature adoption and product success.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, making strategic trade-offs based on data, business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer analysis to identify unmet needs and potential product development and growth opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, practical working experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including summarizing complex problems into simple language for customer problems, product requirements, priorities, etc.
