Agilysys, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product journey, focusing on delivering business value, meaningful features, and outstanding customer experiences to transform the guest experience through technology.

Requirements

  • Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira for requirements gathering and project tracking.
  • Familiarity with creating UX wireframes or collaborating closely with UX/UI designers.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, positioning, and long-term strategy.
  • Plan, design, and continuously evolve the product roadmap.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and user value.
  • Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by translating requirements effectively in both directions.
  • Define and track key success metrics and KPIs.
  • Lead design sprints and clearly articulate product requirements to design and development teams.
  • Manage and support product integrations and certifications with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring alignment with third-party requirements and timelines.

Other

  • 5+ years product management experience, especially in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Central Reservation Systems (CRS) or Channel Managers, is a strong plus.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering products that meet customer and user needs.
  • Strong diplomacy and excellent communication skills — verbal and written – with the ability to present and communicate in front of leadership, customers, and board members.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working onsite in-office most of the time.
  • Travel up to 25%.
  • Must be willing to complete all license applications, background checks, security checks and/or any other documentation and provide copies of any identification documents required by any State, Federal or Tribal governmental agency in order to maintain compliance with their laws and to successfully perform in the role.
