Agilysys, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product journey, focusing on delivering business value, meaningful features, and outstanding customer experiences to transform the guest experience through technology.
Requirements
- Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira for requirements gathering and project tracking.
- Familiarity with creating UX wireframes or collaborating closely with UX/UI designers.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, positioning, and long-term strategy.
- Plan, design, and continuously evolve the product roadmap.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and user value.
- Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by translating requirements effectively in both directions.
- Define and track key success metrics and KPIs.
- Lead design sprints and clearly articulate product requirements to design and development teams.
- Manage and support product integrations and certifications with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring alignment with third-party requirements and timelines.
Other
- 5+ years product management experience, especially in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Central Reservation Systems (CRS) or Channel Managers, is a strong plus.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering products that meet customer and user needs.
- Strong diplomacy and excellent communication skills — verbal and written – with the ability to present and communicate in front of leadership, customers, and board members.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working onsite in-office most of the time.
- Travel up to 25%.
