Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager / owner
- Partnered directly with senior engineers, and instinctively understand technical concepts and trade-offs
- Experience working on identity and access management features including SSO, SCIM and MFA
- Familiarity with designing or supporting AI/ML-driven workflows
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in enterprise-grade B2B SaaS, and understand the needs of enterprise customers and the mechanics of a SaaS business
Responsibilities
- Become the company-wide expert on the customer, market, competitive and product context of administrative experiences.
- Influence and align cross-functional teams on priorities that impact Administrators across the platform.
- Partner closely with engineering to understand technical constraints and make informed trade-offs.
- Understand a broad set of customer requirements, dig into technical constraints, and synthesize complex systems, to design elegantly simple UX.
- Deliver complex, enterprise-grade software
- Leverage quantitative data and qualitative user research to inform decisions
- Run down basic usability testing independently, and conduct customer interviews in partnership with research
