Requirements
- Experience in Product Management, preferably in payments or fintech
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent powerpoint skills, skilled in creating a data based roadmap and product strategy, developing user stories, and collaborating with technical teams
- Familiarity with Visa products and ecosystem is a plus
- MBA or advanced degree beneficial but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of assigned B2B payment products and features, from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for product improvement or net new products
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support go-to-market activities, including creation of product collateral, sales training materials, and client-facing presentations
- Be data obsessed: Track and analyse product performance metrics, recommending changes to improve adoption and retention
- Collaborate with multiple teams at Visa to build your product strategy and deliver product enhancements
- Contribute to the broader VCS product roadmap by sharing insights and feedback from customers and the market
Other
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and client audiences
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with sales teams
- Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time
