The Surface team at Microsoft is looking to deliver AI experiences on world-class Copilot+ PCs with the latest and greatest silicon, and needs a Senior Product Manager to PM the Surface SOC roadmap and act as the interface between internal partners and external silicon partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- Commitment to representing Microsoft values of respect, integrity, and accountability and acting in a manner in accordance with our culture
- Effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs to desired results while managing risk
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels
- Judgement through analytical problem-solving skills, and attention to confidentiality and detail
- Capability in verbal and written communications skills
Responsibilities
- PM the creation and delivery of SOC-Surface Roadmap
- Scoping of silicon options available for our product lines
- Holding decision timelines for SOC and program intersection
- Leading ROB for Surface Silicon
- Create a quarterly perf/compete update meeting for our products and competing products that extends across lifecycle timelines
- Develop process and PM the consolidation of Surface asks for 3+ year out silicon across subsystems
- Work with systems & tools team to create a robust methods for having this information available for the right people, prioritizing security above all else
