StackAI is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the next phase of growth for their no-code AI workflow platform, which aims to democratize access to LLMs and put AI into the hands of every business operator.
Requirements
- Strong technical literacy, able to work with engineers on APIs, workflows, and integrations without needing to code.
- Deep experience in user research, product discovery, and data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with AI models, LLM applications, or workflow automation platforms.
- Background in technical products (APIs, infrastructure, or developer tools).
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality features on time, balancing speed with scalability.
- Translate customer insights and market trends into product requirements and long-term strategy.
- Drive end-to-end product development, from discovery and design to launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Establish clear metrics and KPIs for product performance, communicating progress and insights to the leadership team.
- Advocate for a user-centric approach while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities.
- Help shape StackAI’s product culture and processes as we scale.

- Define and own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to understand enterprise needs and ensure product-market fit.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI/ML platforms.
- A proven track record of shipping impactful products in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
- Experience working in early-stage startups where you’ve built product processes from scratch.
- Passion for AI and a belief in its potential to transform the future of work.
