Microsoft's hybrid cloud vision requires extending Azure management and services to customer-owned private clouds and other cloud environments. Azure Arc enables this by bringing cloud agility and innovation to on-premises infrastructure, allowing organizations to maintain consistency across environments while leveraging Azure's power. The team focuses on Azure Arc Server to expand usage and adoption, improve product quality, and enhance user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and tools like PowerBI, machine learning, or AI.
- 1+ year(s) experience with Enterprise Server management.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer's needs and market trends; identify gaps and opportunities, and able to drive and track success criteria of feature/service/product.
- Define a feature set and will facilitate usability reviews with customers.
- Own the roadmap for a feature group, and will organize scenario walkthroughs to identify problems.
- Partner with Product Marketing teams by helping build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans.
- Promote the group of features you worked on and co-present at large events.
- Partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses to incrementally improve product development in specific areas.
- Drive partner team engagements on user experiences and quality for the end to end user scenarios.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and building consensus across those teams.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management OR software development OR equivalent experience.
