Ansira is looking to optimize its product portfolio and ensure market competitiveness by hiring a Product Manager to own multiple value streams, from strategy and discovery through delivery and optimization, within the SAFe agile framework. The goal is to drive customer satisfaction and measurable business impact through innovative, market-leading solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in owning product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle in SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to shape product vision.
  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making: comfortable with product analytics, KPIs, A/B testing, and user insights to guide prioritization.
  • Experience with portfolio management and prioritizing investments across multiple initiatives.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, multichannel commerce, online retailing, website user experience, website testing, and other marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Define software product strategy and roadmap within SAFE, agile framework
  • Manage Product Discovery backlog per communicated priorities for delivery at next Product Increment
  • Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • MVP analysis and responsible phasing of products
  • Work with external third parties to assess technical/product partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Coordinate with technical product architects who will manage the development process
  • Leverage Jira and other project management tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and optimize team workflows

  • The Product Manager guides software strategy, manages product roadmaps and stakeholder requirements, and coordinates cross-team delivery to drive customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong ability to define go-to-market strategies and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure adoption and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success in setting product vision and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
