4flow is looking to accelerate its expansion in North America by building an end-to-end supply chain platform tailored to the operational realities and expectations of North American logistics customers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management experience, in Logistics, Supply chain, and Enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of Customer discovery, Implementation support, and market validation.
- Ensure localization of the platform to meet North American regulatory, legal, and industry-specific requirements (e.g., terminology, workflows, compliance standards).
- Monitor and report on user and customer adoption, usage metrics, and feedback loops, maintaining data privacy and compliance standards.
- Develop and co-own customer training materials and programs with Account Management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Represent North American customer needs in roadmap planning and sprint reviews, ensuring decisions comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Document and communicate findings for asynchronous consumption across time zones, maintaining transparency and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery and validation initiatives within the North American market, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Translate customer challenges and requirements into actionable, compliant product specifications.
- Collaborate with the global product team to prioritize North America–specific features and requirements while adhering to corporate governance and cross-border compliance policies.
- Oversee and support customer implementations, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Provide sales enablement support through compliant product demonstrations, insights, and roadmap guidance.
- Contribute to product-informed pricing and go-to-market strategies, ensuring adherence to internal compliance and legal guidelines.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging accurately reflects product capabilities and complies with North American market regulations.
