Alvaria CX is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead new product initiatives across their portfolio, driving innovation in data strategy, API development, and compliance within the contact center space.
Requirements
- Experience with outbound and inbound interactions and orchestrating these workflows for compliance rich environments will be useful.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements.
- Familiarity with Jira and AHA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and execute the data strategy for new products, ensuring data collection, organization, and utilization align with business and platform objectives.
- Identify and prioritize key data sources and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and governance.
- Leverage data analytics and insights to inform product decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and manage the strategy and roadmap for API products, considering both internal and external developer needs.
- Define API specifications, documentation, and developer experience to promote adoption and ease of use.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure API design, security, and performance meet industry standards.
- Ensure requirements and functionality are designed for global, secure and compliance rich environments.
