The Windows Fundamentals team is looking to improve performance, power efficiency, and silicon utilization in Windows by partnering with engineering teams on key experiences and providing tools for measurement and refinement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping products in a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Developer capacity.
- Experience with product fundamentals such as performance, power/battery life, or silicon engagements
- Experience building software products with engineering teams and stakeholders

- Drive great fundamentals across Windows by partnering with engineering teams on marquee experiences
- Empowering teams with tools and platforms to measure, refine, and ship delightful experiences with great fundamentals
- Taking a data-driven, principled approach to our partnerships
- Holding ourselves and partners to a high bar
- Invest in optics to understand product truth
- Defense platforms and tools to prevent backsliding
- Go on offense to get ahead of the competition and drive best-in-class product improvements
