Microsoft Copilot Studio team is on a mission to integrate intelligent agents into business applications, simplify workflows, and increase productivity. The company is looking for a Senior Product Manager that designs and builds next-generation conversational AI integrations between Copilot Studio and first party partners to enable information workers and end users to harvest the power of agents in their flow of work.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience building Gen AI or conversational AI products.
- 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- Experience with the Product Led Growth strategy and product development approach, from uncovering customer needs and pain points to understanding market landscape and strategy.
Responsibilities
- designs and builds next-generation conversational AI integrations between Copilot Studio and first party partners
- Develop an understanding of the business, our customers, and the technical landscape through market and customer research in Generative AI and Conversational AI products.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, data science, and user research teams to develop strategies, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Lead team execution toward a product roadmap with clear measures, projected impact, and prioritization toward measurable outcomes.
- Utilize Copilot, agents (or equivalent) in day-to-day work to gain firsthand experience of transforming productivity with AI.

- 3 days / week in-office
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Work on a team of Product Managers focused on integrating Copilot Studio's capabilities with first party partners.
- Work closely with partners to drive win-win outcomes and manage expectations.
