Mediaocean is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of their media and advertising technology product offerings, focusing on building scalable, data-driven ad tech solutions that enhance workflow efficiency, campaign performance, and deliver measurable value for agencies, advertisers, and publishers across their Prisma platform. The role will specifically address the evolving landscape of programmatic and CTV, including inventory management, audience segmentation, and cross-screen measurement.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of ad tech ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and data management platforms.
  • Proven track record launching and scaling digital advertising products (RTB, PMP, or audience targeting solutions).
  • Experience with CTV/OTT platforms, streaming measurement, or addressable TV is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with IAB standards and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Exposure to machine learning applications in ad optimization or audience modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for programmatic and CTV offerings, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications in collaboration with engineering.
  • Contribute to the evolution of features across DSP, SSP, and ad exchange integrations.
  • Build and scale tools for inventory management, audience segmentation, attribution, and cross-screen measurement, with direct involvement in CTV transaction workflows.
  • Monitor trends in ad tech, programmatic trading, and streaming media to inform product strategy.
  • Define KPIs, analyze data, and use insights to refine product features and improve ROI for advertisers.

Other

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in programmatic advertising or CTV.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with distributed teams.
