Microsoft is looking to expand the capabilities of M365 Copilot, an AI-powered productivity tool, by grounding large language models in Microsoft Graph and the web to deliver secure and contextually relevant help to users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development
- 2+ years of experience with AI, LLM and data driven decision making
- Experience with Python and code-interpreter
- Experience with large language models and multimodal technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Graph and web search grounding
- Experience with image understanding and image generation
- Experience with advanced data analysis
Responsibilities
- Customer Focus: Identify end-user needs and gaps by doing opportunity analysis in the problem domain through data analysis, user and market research.
- Product Thinking: Translate fuzzy user pain points into lovable, metric-moving features and products.
- Execution & Ownership: Deeply engaged with applied science, engineering and design teams to ensure clarity on goals, launch fast and iterate faster.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data to prioritize features, make informed trade-offs, and continually enhance product performance.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
- 5+ year of experience tailoring discussions to different audiences
- Onsite 3 days a week in Microsoft's offices in Redmond, WA
