The Windows & Devices (W+D) organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead cross-functional AI and silicon initiatives, requiring clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes across complex technical and organizational landscapes with internal teams and strategic external partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience developing external customer facing software.
- 1+ years experience developing software for Windows ecosystem.
- Experience in stakeholder management and partner engagement.
- Ability to navigate and influence across complex technical stacks and organizational boundaries.
- Experience working with external partners in a product development context.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional AI and silicon initiatives that span internal teams and strategic external partners.
- Define success metrics for initiatives with internal and external partners.
- Ensure seamless execution of shared goals across partner teams.
- Work with partners across internal and external to create business strategies.
- Communicate across multiple levels of the organization – from engineers to executives – to create clarity, resolve ambiguity, and unblock progress.
- Ensure timely delivery of key initiatives by coordinating across stakeholders, managing dependencies, and proactively addressing risks.
