FastTrack for M365 is seeking a technically adept Senior Product Manager to lead incubations and experimentations focused on M365 Copilot, with the goal of influencing FastTrack’s strategy and roadmap to support agent-driven solutions for Microsoft 365 customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading technical product/program strategy, roadmap development, and execution in AI-driven products.
- Experienced with M365 Copilot platform scenarios (e.g.: Copilot Chat, M365 Copilot & Agents)
Responsibilities
- Lead incubation initiatives across Microsoft 365 Copilot products, including Agents, Connectors, and Copilot Extensibility scenarios.
- Transform successful incubation projects into scalable offerings by driving improvements to FastTrack benefits, processes, role readiness and tools.
- Create epics, features and user stories with a deep understanding of the product architecture to design integrated scenarios.
- Measure performance metrics (OKRs and KPIs), monitor and report on progress (e.g., business reviews), and drive productive courses of action to improve product/feature development, iteration, and implementation.
- Develop and present white papers, roadmaps and program status with clear, compelling communication tailored for technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels.
- Leverage customer listening systems to develop and share insights on product performance and customer needs.
