Bridgeway is searching for an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and communicate the strategic vision of both current and new products and is responsible for day-to-day decisions regarding product development, market analysis, and pricing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management and/or product development experience, preferably in a software development environment
 
- 3+ years of experience managing a team delivering commercial (SaaS) software products to market
 
- Experience performing actionable, data driven customer research and turning that research into customer experience and product improvements
 
- Experience in developing product-focused marketing materials
 
- Experience following an agile development lifecycle; experience with Scrum, Lean, Kanban, SAFe or other agile methods is strongly preferred
 
- Pragmatic Marketing certification a strong plus
 
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the strategic vision of both current and new products
 
- Responsible for day-to-day decisions regarding product development, market analysis, and pricing
 
- Partner with Product Owners to build impactful roadmaps with clear objectives and long-term vision
 
- Partner with Sales & Marketing, Professional Services, and Engineering to define, develop, market, sell and deliver the Product and the corresponding value proposition in alignment with the company's strategic direction
 
- Evaluate build vs. buy strategy and manage vendor relationships
 
- Identify product enhancements that balance a favorable return on investment with customer needs and ensure that products are profitable; define and hit revenue and margin targets
 
- Perform product analysis to measure how well products are doing in the market, to include win/loss analysis, profitability, planned revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share; take swift action to address product usage concerns
 
Other
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This includes hiring, setting and monitoring individual performance objectives, career development, performance appraisals, and providing regular feedback and coaching.
 
- Partner with Sales and Finance to refine and drive product pricing models.
 
- Lead the decision-making process on product prioritization.
 
- Establish Product Charters with key requirements and clear scope definition.
 
- This is a remote position with up to 20% travel. East coast candidates strongly preferred.
