Requirements
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with sterile products is strongly preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices, or regulated industries.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Marketing focused MBA is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in executing strategic plans and achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop global marketing strategies aligned with business segment objectives to achieve revenue, margin, and market share goals.
- Create detailed product roadmaps and marketing plans, assessing sustainability and competitive positioning.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and pricing assessments to inform strategic decisions.
- Utilize competitive intelligence to anticipate market trends and deploy strategies that outmaneuver competition.
- Lead all phases of the NPD process, including voice-of-customer (VOC) research, business case development, and stage-gate participation.
- Identify product gaps and generate innovative ideas to expand market share and improve customer experience.
- Drive planning for new launches and enhancements, including forecasting, pricing guidelines, and training.
Other
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required (Technical discipline strongly preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant business experience of which 7 years should be in Product Management/Marketing.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring junior product managers.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (20–25%).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
