EarnIn is looking to evolve the foundational experiences that define how millions of community members interact with the app every day, ensuring these experiences are intuitive, cohesive, high-performing, and scalable to enable individual product teams to move faster while delivering a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally on consumer-facing or experience-heavy products.
  • Strong user experience instincts, with a track record of improving end-to-end journeys rather than shipping isolated features.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and a genuine enjoyment of experimentation, learning, and iteration.
  • Analytical but not rigid — you know when to rely on data, when to trust user insight, and when to apply judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Set direction for shared experiences and journeys that span products, including home, explore, navigation, activity, and cross-product flows.
  • Ensure these experiences remain intuitive and cohesive as new products and capabilities are introduced.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clarity, discovery, and engagement through thoughtful experimentation and iteration.
  • Partner with design, research, and data to test hypotheses, learn quickly, and refine experiences based on real user behavior.
  • Define clear goals tied to retention, engagement, cross-product adoption, and overall app sentiment.
  • Use a combination of qualitative insights and quantitative signals to prioritize work and evaluate success.
  • Work horizontally across BUs to uncover experience gaps and align teams around shared solutions.

Other

  • This role sits at the intersection of deep user empathy, systems-level product thinking, and a strong bias toward action.
  • This is a highly visible role that requires strong product judgment, exceptional organization, and a deep appreciation for great UX.
  • You'll help bring clarity to complex problem spaces, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and drive execution with focused experimentation to improve engagement and retention.
  • This role is ideal for a product manager who is outcome-oriented, has strong customer intuition, and is comfortable with experimentation, who takes pride in turning ambiguity into simple, elegant experiences.
  • Highly organized and outcome-oriented, with the ability to manage complexity, dependencies, and competing inputs.
  • Strong cross-functional experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communicator who can create clarity and alignment across design, engineering, data, and leadership.
