EarnIn is looking to evolve the foundational experiences that define how millions of community members interact with the app every day, ensuring these experiences are intuitive, cohesive, high-performing, and scalable to enable individual product teams to move faster while delivering a seamless experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally on consumer-facing or experience-heavy products.
- Strong user experience instincts, with a track record of improving end-to-end journeys rather than shipping isolated features.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and a genuine enjoyment of experimentation, learning, and iteration.
- Analytical but not rigid — you know when to rely on data, when to trust user insight, and when to apply judgment.

- Ensure these experiences remain intuitive and cohesive as new products and capabilities are introduced.
- Identify opportunities to improve clarity, discovery, and engagement through thoughtful experimentation and iteration.
- Partner with design, research, and data to test hypotheses, learn quickly, and refine experiences based on real user behavior.
- Define clear goals tied to retention, engagement, cross-product adoption, and overall app sentiment.
- Use a combination of qualitative insights and quantitative signals to prioritize work and evaluate success.
- Work horizontally across BUs to uncover experience gaps and align teams around shared solutions.
